Shadow : หนังตะลุง

             หนังตะลุง คือ ศิลปะการแสดงประจำท้องถิ่นอย่างหนึ่งของภาคใต้ เป็นการเล่าเรื่องราวที่ผูกร้อยเป็นนิยาย ดำเนินเรื่องด้วยบทร้อยกรองที่ขับร้องเป็นสำเนียงท้องถิ่น หรือที่เรียกกันว่าการ "ว่าบท" มีบทสนทนาแทรกเป็นระยะ และใช้การแสดงเงาบนจอผ้าเป็นสิ่งดึงดูดสายตาของผู้ชม ซึ่งการว่าบท การสนทนา และการแสดงเงานี้ 25นายหนังตะลุงเป็นคนแสดงเองทั้งหมด
   

         Shadow is a widely popular entertainment for a long time. Especially in the days before the electric current is used to cover all the villages. Shadow display on both merit and funerals. So the funeral or celebration is always a shadow that always shows to watch.

           

หนังตะลุงเป็นมหรสพที่นิยมแพร่หลายอย่างยิ่งมาเป็นเวลานาน โดยเฉพาะในยุคสมัยก่อนที่จะมีไฟฟ้าใช้กันทั่วถึงทุกหมู่บ้านอย่างในปัจจุบัน หนังตะลุงแสดงได้ทั้งในงานบุญและงานศพ ดังนั้นงานวัด งานศพ หรืองานเฉลิมฉลองที่สำคัญจึงมักมีหนังตะลุงมาแสดงให้ชมด้วยเสมอ
